Thursday, 10/22: Hitchcock County Junior High Football vs Hayes Center at 3:30 p.m. in Trenton
Friday 10/23: Culbertson Library open 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Methodist Thrift Shop open 9 to 11 a.m., Hitchcock County High Football at Elba at 5 p.m
Saturday, 10/24: Culbertson Library open 1-5 p.m,
Sunday 10/25:St. John Lutheran Bible Study and Sunday School at 9:30 and Worship at 10:30 a.m., Bethel Missionary Sunday School at 9:00 a.m. and Worship at 10:00 a.m., Methodist Worship at 9:00 a.m. and Sunday School at 10:15 a.m.
Monday, 10/26: Hitchcock County Pantry open 9-11 a.m.
Tuesday, 10/27: Housing Authority, St. John Lutheran Evening Circle, Hitchcock County High School Volleyball at Maywood Triangular at 5 p.m.

WALKING TRAIL MEETING on Tuesday, October 20, at 7 p.m. at the Fire Hall. Contact persons for the Walking Trail are Betty Cook, Ken and Sherry Carfield.
CULBERTSON PUBLIC LIBRARY will be having an Open House for the public on Saturday, November 7, 2009, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. This is in honor of the 100th anniversary of the Library. Come see changes and updates in the Library.
CHRISTMAS IN CULBERTSON has been set for Sunday, December 6, at the Hitchcock County Ag Building with a craft show from 12 noon until 6 p.m. The Methodist YF will host a soup supper beginning at 1 p.m. Santa will come at 3:30 p.m. A “shoebox float” contest will be held this year. Anyone can enter by decorating a shoebox to look like a miniature “float” in a parade. The theme is Christmas.
WANT TO HAVE A CRAFT TABLE AT THE CHRISTMAS IN CULBERTSON CELEBRATION? Contact Donna Barth (278-2724) or Connie Barger (278-2669) to reserve a table for the craft show.
